Personalize and Print Diplomas

Personalize and Print Diplomas are a great way to provide quality diplomas along with cost savings for your school.

Graduation Ink designs your diploma with your choice of text, color images and mascots. We then print and ship your diploma sheets leaving room for student name and graduation date to be added later.

A Microsoft Word template along with the template fonts are provided to you. Using an office computer and printer, you personalize each diploma with student name and graduation date. The diploma sheets are easily inserted into pliable or padded leatherette holders. Watch this video for more information.

Sizes available with the Personalize and Print Diplomas include our 300 (8 1/2 x 11 inch sheet folded in half), 500 (5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch sheet), 850 diploma series (8 1/2 x 11 inch sheet).

The Personalize and Print Diploma Option allows schools to order larger quantities of diplomas and covers for the most cost-effective price.
