College Diploma Printing (Large Format)

This Series 1400 college diploma measures 11″ x 14″ and fits the Graduation Ink Series 1400 padded diploma covers. Whether this is a scholarship, Doctorate or Master’s degree, we are able to provide a beautiful document that will last a lifetime.

All college diploma printing includes full color ink. However, many higher education institutions opt for raised inks and spot metallic foil imprinting – especially for graduate programs.

In addition, signatures and logos can be uploaded via the order form on this webpage if desired.

Stock Paper Styles

The college diploma printing process uses UV cured or pigment inks on card stock papers.  However, if you would like a different paper type, we would be more than happy assist with this request.  Standard options include white card stock and cream card stock paper.

 

Diploma Personalization: “Personalize-and-Print”

While full personalization is always available for $2.75 each, we also have a unique diploma product that no one else in the industry offers. “Personalize-and-Print” will reduce the impact on your graduation budget.

1. We print all of the full color items on the college diploma design, but do not print the date or student’s name.
2. You have the flexibility to order several years of non-personalized diploma sheets at a bulk price.
3. We send you a WORD template that is formatted for your college diploma design. After opening the template, simply place the pre-printed diploma sheets into your printer, enter the graduate’s name and date on the computer, and print the finished product.

NOTE: If ordering a diploma sheet with raised ink, it is highly recommended to utilize a high quality inkjet printer instead of a laser printer.

Metallic Spot Foil Imprinting

Let us add that final touch to your college diploma design by adding hot foiled metallic imprinting to your diploma.  This is not embossed.  It is a flat metallic foil imprint.

• The standard foiling fee is $4.50/diploma.  However, larger areas may incur a surcharge.
• There is also a one-time magnesium die manufacturing charge of $135.00 for large format college diplomas.

Metallic Foil Embossing

New in 2025!  We can add blind embossing or embossing to foiled logos and emblems. There is a substantial initial investment in the manufacturing of multiple dies, but the final diploma product is absolutely stunning.

• The standard foiling/embossing fee is $5.50/diploma.  However, larger areas may incur a surcharge.
• There is also a one-time magnesium die manufacturing charge of $235.00.
