The diploma printing design process is a no-obligation, no-cost process. If you are not satisfied with any of the diploma or certificate designs that we provide, there is no charge. Designs that are not purchased, however, remain the property of Graduation Ink.

Graduation Ink values the privacy of our website visitors. Any school or contact information that you provide is for internal use only and is not made available to any outside company or organization except in instances where it is necessary to complete the transaction. Through the use of PayPal’s merchant processing, credit card information will never be viewed by any Graduation Ink employee.

Any e-mail addresses provided by the website visitor may be used for future contact by Graduation Ink for further notification, advertising, etc.  Anyone contacted by Graduation Ink via e-mail may choose to be removed from the e-mail list at any time.  All e-mail lists will remain the sole property of Graduation Ink and will not be sold or shared with any outside company or organization.

Shipping Policy

All diploma orders are shipped via UPS or USPS directly to the school address.  We utilize actual shipping & handling costs not inflated, flat rate estimates.

Although the website only allows the use of UPS as a shipping option, we will compare options when packaging to determine the most efficient, timely method of delivering your product.  As such, options purchased via UPS may ship USPS Priority Mail and vice versa.  If you must use a specific carrier for your location, please advise us right away.

Graduation Ink is NOT responsible for mis-deliveries. If you incorrectly entered the shipping address on your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY with the correct address so we can make the changes for you before your order processes . Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to our facility, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees.

Here are some of the definitions for shipping rates:

UPS 3 Day Select: UPS 3 Day Select has guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to the 48 contiguous states. Saturday Delivery and pickup available in select areas.

UPS 2nd Day Air: UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. offers guaranteed early morning delivery for second business day shipments, although it is not available for residential destinations. Recommended for shipments that must arrive early on the second business day. Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12 p.m. to most commercial destinations.

UPS Next Day Air: UPS Next Day Air offers guaranteed overnight service for time-sensitive shipments. Ideal for shipments that must arrive earlier in the business day. Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12 p.m. or the end of the day, depending on the destination, with delivery by 12 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

USPS Priority Mail: Priority Mail is not guaranteed, however, it typically arrives within 2-3 business days.

USPS Express: Priority Mail Express provides next-day to two-day delivery service by 6 PM.

Payment Policy

Online payments are made via Purchase Order or credit card.

Standard payments for invoiced products are made by check, however, if a credit card payment is desired, this may be accommodated with a 4% convenience fee for orders over $100.

First time customers may be required to pay prior to manufacturing and shipping of the product.  Established customers operate on a Net 30 payment cycle.

Return, Refund and Error Policy

At Graduation Ink we stand behind our services and products.  Prior-authorization is required for returns.  All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.  Depending on the product purchased, there may be re-stocking fees.  Personalized items are not returnable.

Please proofread orders carefully after they are received.  Every care is taken to provide an accurate order, however, mistakes can happen.  If there is an error or change, please contact us immediately at 262-247-0343 or via email.  Graduation Ink IS NOT responsible for expedited shipping costs if any error is reported more than 10 days after receipt of the shipment.

Diploma Pricing Policy

RUSH CHARGES: Rush orders of less than 15 business days will be charged a minimum of $25.00 for the expedited service.

PRICE CHANGES: When diploma price changes occur, the web pages are updated as promptly as possible, however, all prices are subject to change without prior notification.

DOWNPAYMENT: Diploma printing customers may be required to pay 50% of the cost up front at the discretion of Graduation Ink. This will typically not be used for established customers that have established accounts.
