As you can see from the photo, Personalize and Print Diplomas are printed diploma blanks. The blanks are printed with the school’s name, any seals or logos and signature lines. These permanently printed features of the diploma can include added features of thermographic ink, embossing or hot foiled ink. The 8 1/2 by 11-inch diploma pictured, has a silver foiled seal centered under the school’s name.

The center portion of the diploma, referred to as the body copy, is printed by the school. This part includes the formal wording of the graduation details, graduate name and date. Graduation Ink provides a Microsoft Word Template with that body copy. School personnel use that computer template to enter each student’s name along with the graduation date.

This unique printing feature allows schools to purchase larger quantities of printed diploma blanks at a time. It also locks in the lowest purchase price to take advantage of bulk discount pricing. As a result, schools can order a few years’ worth of diploma blanks at a time.
