This certificate measures 8 1/2″ x 11″ and fits the Graduation Ink Series 300 pliable, leatherette covers. Although this is slightly larger than the original Hammond and Stephens design, when closed, the diploma and its holder measure 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″.

Unlike the original Hammond & Stephens diplomas, this certificate is not glued into the holder. Rather, a silver or gold band called a pawl holds it in place. (Every certificate cover order includes pawls.)

The certificate holder is available in five colors: black, red, maroon, blue and green. However, you are able to purchase this diploma cover without the diploma sheet. Simply visit our “Series 300 Pliable Hammond & Stephens Certificate Cover” page.

All diplomas include full color printing. Furthermore, signatures and logos can be uploaded via this website’s order form if desired.

Stock Paper Styles

The elementary school certificate is printed on elegant stock papers with UV cured or pigment inks. Standard options include:

Diploma Personalization: “Personalize-And-Print”

While full personalization is always available for $2.75 each, we also have a unique diploma product: “Personalize-and-Print” will reduce the impact on your graduation budget.

We print all of the full color items on the certificate, but do not print the date or student’s name.

You have the flexibility to order several years of non-personalized diploma sheets at a bulk price.

Your Hammond and Stephens certificate order will include a WORD template specific to your layout. After opening the template, simply place the pre-printed diploma sheets into your printer. Next, enter the graduate’s name and date into the WORD document. Finally, print the finished product.

Envelopes

In addition, white envelopes can be included with your Hammond and Stephens certificate order. These envelopes will fit a folded Series 300 diploma. They are $0.60 each and can be personalized for another $1.75 ea.
