STEP 1. What is the date of graduation?

  • (This is to ensure that you receive your order prior to when you need it - especially during the April-June timeframe.)

STEP 2. Brushed Gold Logo Plate (Optional $2.50 ea.)

The brushed gold 1 1/2 inch square logo plate creates a unique, personalized, three dimensional look on the front of the diploma cover. The gold plate has a permanent adhesive backing to attach it to the diploma cover.

  • The $40 file setup fee is usually charged on the first order due to labor involved in editing/laying out the image correctly for the press. This would not be assessed on re-orders. This fee is being waived for a limited time!

  • For custom runs of less than 10.

STEP 3. Interior Moiré Panel Image (Optional $3.00 ea.)

We offer an option to add a printed sketch or image to the interior panel of the diploma cover that is opposite the diploma.

  • The $40 file setup fee is only charged on the first order due to labor involved in editing/laying out the image correctly for the press. This will not be assessed on re-orders.

  • Recommended image is vector artwork in CMYK. We may be able to convert .jpg or .png. Artwork must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). If you are in doubt, simply upload the image and we will review it for you. A pdf proof will be sent to your email address for approval prior to production. The padded Series 500 green diploma cover measures approximately 9″ x 6″ when closed and comfortably holds a half sheet of standard sized  8 1/2″ x 11″ diploma or certificate paper.

The lightly textured, fully padded, leatherette diploma surface is of a turned edge construction with a classy, stitched edge. On the inside of this padded green diploma cover is a white moiré panel and four white satin ribbons to hold the diploma in place.

The Series 500 line is our highest demand diploma style.  These covers are used by technical colleges, high schools, and business organizations.

Upgrade your green diploma cover! We offer an option that is uniquely Graduation Ink – the brushed gold plate.  These 1.5″ x 1.5″ plates have a permanent adhesive backing so that it can be adhered to the outside of your diploma cover with ease.
