Product Description

This Series 500 grade school diploma measures 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and fits the Graduation Ink Series 500 padded diploma covers. Whether this is an elementary school graduation or a preschool or kindergarten promotion, we are able to provide a beautiful document that will be a lasting memento.

Grade School Diploma Printing

All diplomas include full color printing. However, many schools opt for raised inks and spot metallic foil imprinting.

Signatures and logos can be uploaded via the order form on this webpage if desired.

Stock Paper Styles

Grade school diploma designs are printed with UV cured or pigment inks on card stock papers. However, if you would like a different paper type, we would be more than happy assist with this request. Standard options include:

Diploma Personalization: “Personalize-and-Print”

While full personalization is always available for $2.75 each, we also have a unique diploma product that no one else in the industry offers. “Personalize-and-Print” will reduce the impact on your graduation budget.

We print all of the full color items on the grade school diploma design, but do not print the date or student’s name.

You have the flexibility to order several years of non-personalized diploma sheets at a bulk price.

We send you a WORD template that is formatted for your grade school diploma. After opening the template, simply place the pre-printed diploma sheets into your printer, enter the graduate’s name and date on the computer, and print the finished product.

Raised Ink Thermography

Applying raised inks is a tedious process. Old-style thermography consisted of running a thick, slow-drying ink through a press, applying a powder, and heat curing the diploma paper to create the slightly puffy effect.

Although the process is still time consuming by handling the diplomas one-at-a-time, we now run several layers of UV cured white ink prior to adding the finished coat of colored ink to produce the same elegant effect.

There is a fixed charge of $3.75/diploma for this service.
