STEP 1. Foil Imprinting

Typeset fonts are placed into our hot foil machine, by hand, one letter at a time. If you require a different font style, size, or logo, we can create a custom die. Please contact us at 262-247-0343 for more complex design work.

STEP 2. Brushed Gold Logo Plate (Optional $2.50 ea.)

The brushed gold 1 1/2 inch square logo plate creates a unique, personalized, three dimensional look on the front of the diploma cover. The gold plate has a permanent adhesive backing to attach it to the diploma cover.

  • The $40 file setup fee is usually charged on the first order due to labor involved in editing/laying out the image correctly for the press. This would not be assessed on re-orders. This fee is being waived for a limited time!

STEP 3. Interior Moire Panel Image (Optional $3.75 ea.)

We offer an option to add a printed sketch or image to the interior panel of the diploma cover that is opposite the diploma.

  • The $50 file setup fee is only charged on the first order due to labor involved in editing/laying out the image correctly for the press. This will not be assessed on re-orders.

  • Recommended image is vector artwork in CMYK. We may be able to convert .jpg or .png. Artwork must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). If you are in doubt, simply upload the image and we will review it for you. A pdf proof will be sent to your email address for approval prior to production. The padded Series 850 imprinted burgundy diploma cover measures approximately 11 1/2″ x 9″ when closed and comfortably holds an 8 1/2″ x 11″ diploma or certificate.

The lightly textured, fully padded, leatherette diploma surface is of a turned edge construction with a classy, stitched edge. On the inside of this imprinted burgundy diploma cover is a white moiré panel and four white satin ribbons to hold the diploma in place.

These covers are our pinnacle product and have been used by technical colleges, high schools, and business organizations.

Hot Foil Imprinting

The imprinted burgundy diploma cover includes one line of stock lettering.  Additionally, extra lines of text are $1.75 per line for each certificate holder. Standard font styles are Old English, Times Roman Bold and Parkway.

OPTIONAL: Brushed Gold Plate

We offer an option that is uniquely Graduation Ink – the brushed gold plate.  These 1.5″ x 1.5″ plates have a permanent adhesive backing so that it can be adhered to the outside of your diploma cover with ease.

Choose from stock images when checking out or upload a custom logo for an additional charge.

Diploma Gold Square Metal Plates

OPTIONAL: Moiré Panel Printing Inside of Diploma Cover

New in 2021! We are now printing monochrome sketches of churches and schools inside of the diploma cover.  In addition, we can print full color logos on the interior moiré fabric panel. 

    • Initial File Setup: $50.00 (not charged on re-orders)
