Sample Request

We do not charge for diploma samples. However, a sample request may be followed up with an address check,  phone call or email to ensure that you are a legitimate business, church, non-profit or school institution.

We want to avoid providing individuals with diploma covers or certificate samples that can be used for fraudulent purposes.
