The example shown above has the school’s name printed in raised ink. A signature line is added in the bottom-left corner. Across from that, the school logo is included in digital color ink in the bottom right-hand corner. A Bible passage along the bottom finishes off the diploma template.

Next, Graduation Ink prepares a Word Document with matching fonts with the rest of the wording for the diploma sheet. This includes the ability to change the date, student names and wording for diploma certificate. We give customers access to that Word Document. This allows them to personalize and print their own diplomas on their own timeline.

Schools who utilize the Personalize and Print Diplomas are then able to edit diplomas as needed and run these template sheets through their own office printer. With this option, schools are able to save money by taking advantage of price breaks in ordering larger quantities at a time.
